PArt Talk with Gala Bell and Alexandra Karg
Gala Bell is a multidisciplinary artist who is not only interested in the alchemy of painting but also in questioning and breaking-up traditions and hierarchies in art. In her art, she is engaging with ideas of value, taste, hierarchy and absurd labor, her work is the aftermath of a reaction to substance and situation.
Gala Bell is a graduate of the Royal College of Art and Guilds Art School in London. In our PArt Talk, Gala Bell explains to interviewer Alexandra Karg how the Corona pandemic affects her art and how the artist would viewers like to experience her art in an art world without any rules or restrictions.
